  3. Complete payment through our secure checkout
  4. Your site will be automatically provisioned within 15 minutes
  5. You'll receive an email with your WordPress admin login credentials
How long does it take to set up my site?

Your WordPress site is typically ready within 15 minutes of completing payment. Our AI-powered system automatically handles all the technical setup including server configuration, WordPress installation, SSL certificate provisioning, and DNS configuration.

What subdomain can I choose?

Your subdomain must be:

  • Between 3-20 characters long
  • Contain only letters and numbers (no special characters or spaces)
  • Unique (not already taken by another customer)

Your site URL will be: yourname.mojoshine.com

What plans are available?

We offer three plans to fit different needs:

  • Starter ($12/mo) - 1 WordPress site, 10GB storage, 50,000 monthly visits, weekly backups
  • Pro ($25/mo) - 3 WordPress sites, 25GB storage, 200,000 monthly visits, daily backups, staging environment
  • Business ($49/mo) - 10 WordPress sites, 50GB storage, 500,000 monthly visits, hourly backups, staging environment, white-label option

All plans include free SSL certificates and email support.

Do you offer discounts for longer billing cycles?

Yes! You can save significantly by choosing a longer billing cycle:

  • Annual billing - Save 25% compared to monthly
  • 3-Year billing - Save 40% compared to monthly

For example, the Starter plan is $12/mo monthly, $9/mo with annual billing, or $7/mo with 3-year billing.

Can I have multiple subscriptions?

Yes! You can purchase multiple subscriptions under the same email address. This is useful if you need more sites than a single plan offers, or if you want to organize sites separately. The customer portal will show all your subscriptions and their combined site allowances.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Customer Portal

How do I access the customer portal?

To access your customer portal:

  1. Go to mojoshine.com/portal.html
  2. Enter the email address you used when signing up
  3. Check your email for a login code (valid for 10 minutes)
  4. Enter the code to access your dashboard

No password needed - we use secure email-based authentication.

What can I do in the customer portal?

The customer portal lets you manage everything about your hosting:

  • View subscriptions - See all your plans and how many sites you've used
  • Add new sites - Create additional WordPress sites within your plan limits
  • View credentials - Access your WordPress admin username and password
  • Change passwords - Update your WordPress admin password
  • Visit your sites - Quick links to your website and WordPress admin
  • Nickname subscriptions - Give your subscriptions custom names for easy identification
  • Manage billing - Cancel, reactivate, or delete subscriptions
How do I add a new site to my subscription?

If your subscription has available site slots:

  1. Log into the customer portal
  2. Find the subscription you want to add a site to
  3. Enter your desired subdomain in the "Add New Site" form
  4. Click "Add Site"
  5. Your new site will be provisioned within 15 minutes

You can see how many sites you've used vs. how many are available (e.g., "2/3 sites used") on each subscription card.

How do I change my WordPress password?

To change your WordPress admin password:

  1. Log into the customer portal
  2. Find the site you want to update
  3. Click "Show Password" to expand the credentials section
  4. Click "Change Password"
  5. Enter a new password that meets the requirements (12+ characters, uppercase, lowercase, number, special character)
  6. Click "Update Password"
Can I give my subscriptions nicknames?

Yes! This is helpful when you have multiple subscriptions. To add a nickname:

  1. In the customer portal, find the subscription you want to rename
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the plan name
  3. Enter your custom nickname (up to 50 characters)
  4. Click the checkmark to save

The nickname will appear as the main heading, with the actual plan name shown below it.

Features & Technical

Is SSL included?

Yes! Every site gets a free SSL certificate automatically. Your site will be accessible via HTTPS with no configuration required. We use wildcard certificates that are automatically renewed, so you never have to worry about SSL expiration.

How are backups handled?

Backup frequency depends on your plan:

  • Starter - Weekly backups
  • Pro - Daily backups
  • Business - Hourly backups

Backups are stored securely and can be restored by contacting support.

What security features are included?

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal:

  1. Log into the customer portal
  2. Find the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  4. Confirm your cancellation

Important: When you cancel, your sites remain active until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again, but you keep full access until that date.

Can I reactivate a cancelled subscription?

Yes! If you've cancelled but your billing period hasn't ended yet, you can reactivate:

  1. Log into the customer portal
  2. Find the cancelled subscription (it will show "cancelling" status)
  3. Click "Reactivate Subscription"

Your subscription will resume and you'll be charged normally at the next billing date.

What happens to my sites when a subscription expires?

When a subscription expires:

  • Your sites will be suspended and become inaccessible
  • Your data is retained for a grace period
  • To reactivate, you'll need to purchase a new subscription

We recommend exporting your content before your subscription ends if you don't plan to renew.

How do I delete an expired subscription?

If you have an expired subscription with no active sites, you can remove it from your portal:

  1. Log into the customer portal
  2. Find the expired subscription
  3. Click "Delete Subscription" (only available if no sites are attached)

How do I contact support?

You can reach our support team through our contact form. Simply fill out the form with:

  • Your name and email
  • Your site domain (if applicable)
  • The type of issue (technical, billing, general, etc.)
  • A detailed description of your question or problem

We'll respond as quickly as possible via email.

What support is included with my plan?

Support levels vary by plan:

  • Starter - Email support
  • Pro - Priority email support

I lost my login email. What should I do?

If you didn't receive your WordPress login credentials:

  1. Check your spam/junk folder
  2. Wait up to 15 minutes after signup (provisioning takes time)
  3. Log into the customer portal - your credentials are always available there
  4. If you still can't find them, contact support
